Blitz Blues - Jazz Band Grade 2
This blues is about as straightforward as it gets…blues in Bb, normal changes, riff-based melody that doesn’t use a lot of syncopation…what could possibly go wrong? Oh, yeah, the tempo is extremely fast. I wrote this tune because I wanted to give my junior jazz band something to play that was really, really, really straightforward, but extremely fast!
